About Me

Gabriel Beyer ist Transformative Coach, visueller Storyteller und jemand, der einen ziemlich großen Teil seines Lebens versucht hat, eine scheinbar einfache Frage zu verstehen:
Why can we have so much – and still not really feel good?

Early on, he noticed something.
Some people had very little and had yet deeply satisfied and alive. Others have had success, money, relationships, opportunities and were still unhappy.

This question has him never really.
For years, Gabriel knew that there was really more to him and stand at the same time very much in the way of that.
Fear. Doubt. Brooding. Hesitate.
And this constant feeling of having actually a lot more to be.
From the outside, much of it was completely okay.
Inside, it often felt like a prison.
And the Craziest part:
This prison he had built without noticing it.
Sometime, Gabriel had no desire to optimize the prison more.

So he started his own Radical-Change Experiment.
From now on, he went to a single question radically to the bottom of it:
How does a human being actually, really?
Not even a method.
Not even a Tool.
Not a productivity hack.
Not even an attempt to control thought, to repair feelings, or to be a better Version of yourself.
He wanted to understand the operating system.

This search led him to a surprisingly simple understanding of how human Experience:
We do not experience life directly.
We experience it through Thinking.
Awareness makes Think of this alive, and completely real.
And at Least one of them – a deeper intelligence that will not disappear, just because it is in our head, just loud.

This realization has changed for Gabriel everything.
Not because he had suddenly just perfect thoughts.
Not because of fear never showed up.
But because he finally understood what he was doing.

He saw that thoughts can feel incredibly real, without the need to be true.
That feelings are not proof that something out there is wrong.
That other people don't live in his head.
And that clarity is nothing that we need to make.
She's been there before, the noise is quiet, we can hear you just so much harder.
From this understanding of what Gabriel was born today Physics of the human experience called.

Today, he works with people, leaders and organizations, to see more clearly, make better decisions, high-level work and are no longer lots of energy in the fight with your own head want to waste.

The work is amazingly easy.
Gabriel gives people 27 new Tools, you need to remember when it is difficult.
He helps you to understand where your Experience at all is coming from.
For if the understanding of the cause of the change, change all of a sudden many of the problems.
Or dissolve completely.
Gabriel's first career path led him into the Film and television business. For many years he worked as a camera man and a visual Storyteller.
And that is exactly what characterizes his work today.
He thinks in pictures.
He loves metaphors.
He is looking for what happens under all the noise really.
And he has quite the Obsession to make complicated things so easy that you think at some point:
How the hell could I not see this before?

His work combines deep conversations, clear images, and a very simple direction:
Back to clarity.
Back to what is actually happening.
Back to the intelligence among all the Thinking.
Gabriel works in German and English in 1:1 coaching, Intense, with Leadership Teams, companies, and Talks.
At its core, it's always about one thing:
Most of us have no problem in life. We have seen and learned, and how our own Experience really.

And when you see the once clear, it can be life much easier.
Not because the outside world suddenly what we want.
But because we stop to give her the key to our inner world.
That's what Gabriel's work.
Show people how they really work.
So you are less out of your own way.
See more clearly what counts.
And action.
From the inside to the outside.
