At Radical Improvement Solutions, we don’t add more complexity. We help people and teams see more clearly, make simpler decisions, and take more powerful action.

Mental Fitness
Was macht Transformationscoaching wirklich transformativ?

Companies rarely lack tools.
People rarely lack knowledge.
What is often missing is clarity.

Transformative coaching and training therefore doesn't simply change strategies and behaviors.
It changes the understanding from which people think, decide, and act.

When people see more clearly, the way they act changes. Leadership becomes easier. Conflicts lose their weight. Decisions become faster. Teams become more agile. And performance emerges with less inner resistance.

The goal is not to manage people better. It is to show them how they themselves work.

Most people try to change their behavior. I show them what creates their behavior in the first place.

CLARITY
People understand how their experience is created – and get less caught up in stress, thoughts, and unnecessary complexity.

POWERFUL ACTION
As the mental fog clears, decisions become easier, leadership becomes bolder, and action becomes more natural.

IMPACT
Less energy goes into inner struggles, conflict, and self-management. More energy goes into people, customers, creativity, collaboration, and results.

The Inside-Out Understanding does not start with symptoms, behavior, or strategies. It goes to the fundamental source of our experience – and that is precisely why change can reach so much deeper.
When understanding changes at the root, thinking, decision-making, and action naturally become clearer, more constructive, and more effective.

“I told him jokingly I was expecting no less than a miracle, and I actually got one.”

I had known and liked Gabriel for some years, in which he frequently offered me his help. I felt slightly taken aback, was highly skeptical, even suspicious until very recently, when I called him. I have been through a very rough year and felt lost and desperate. Somehow all of a sudden, I felt I finally was ready to listen to him. I wish I had jumped over my own shadow a long time ago, since he was really able to help me, deeply and spontaneously. I had no restrictions whatsoever, knew I could tell him absolutely everything without dreading judgment. I told him jokingly I was expecting no less than a miracle, and I actually got one. When we met up a couple of days later and had a very long conversation, which gave me a couple of astonishing aha moments, I never thought possible, followed by an unknown euphoria. He really did make a difference! Since then, I feel an exciting change in what I believed to be my personality and fate, though I have to admit, I still struggle with my old ways of feeling and behaving at whiles. He has been listening to and taking care of me in a very open, trustworthy, and loving way. He is continually reminding me that I was fighting (or even giving in to) my old demons yet again and thus steering me back towards my new me.

“Gabriel won’t push you, won’t lecture you. Basically, he just listens and asks questions to make you see through from your own eyes.”

My name is Crystal; I met Gabriel through a online coaching community. Gabriel gave me two coaching-sessions so far and sometimes messages me to support me, too. He helped me realize many things, I had 3 significant breakthroughs, and they really helped me see more clearly and break my old patterns formed from childhood. Gabriel won’t push you, won’t lecture you. Basically, he just listens and asks questions to make you see through from your own eyes. Thank you very much, Gabriel. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to break through the current stranded situation. Thanks, Gabriel.

“You don’t have to trust my words. Just have a conversation with him and figure out for yourself.”

I just had a life-changing conversation with Gabriel Beyer. I confess that I was curious about what a Bullshitcoach does, and now I know. Gabriel was sensitive enough to recognize in the right moment what brings joy and life to me. Finally, I can see who I was born to be and live a life full of adventures and purposes. I feel more connected with my call, purpose, and motivation to serve, having the power and the freedom to do it. You don’t have to trust my words. In fact, is better if you don’t. Just have a conversation with him and figure out for yourself. I am amazed at how much we manage to achieve in such a small amount of time. I’m really grateful for the experience.

“He takes time, is not afraid to let some silence enter the conversation. This is where Gabriel’s gold is.”

Hi, I’m Vee, a brand new coach who is still finding her way in this exciting world. Gabriel and I met through a Mindvalley course, where new coaches came together to build their business. Gabriel stood out because of his zealous energy and his way of thinking. Like me, he’s an analytical mind and is interested in why people do what they do or say. Our heroes turned out to be somewhat the same, and we started elaborating on our libraries. When he offered to coach me, I was stuck, not finding my niche (like many) but in finding ways to connect with my clients. Together, we went over many possibilities, and organically came to a solution that I am working on now. My niche doesn’t necessarily resonate with him, so one could think that he wouldn’t give me the tools. A coach doesn’t give advice (like a mentor or counselor); a coach asks the right questions to help you find the only answer that is right for you. This is where Gabriel’s gold is. He takes time, is not afraid to let some silence enter the conversation, and hold space for the thought processes that are unfolding as the session progresses. He doesn’t fix your problems; he helps you improve them yourself.
