And it is not complicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exactly the opposite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is so simple that the mind is constantly trying to make something Complicated out of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This understanding of our equipment as a human being.
This understanding of how Experience arises.
This understanding of our true Self, not the created, not the defended Itself, not the soap bubbles Version of us that is made from the Think \u2014 but Even before the story begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Self prior to the mental construction.
Before the old Film to start up again.
Before the voice in your head umbindet a tie, and proclaimed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. Today's episode: Why you're still not good enough.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n This understanding is the most valuable thing I have come across in my entire life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because it has given me no better mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It has shown me that I was never the mask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I mean, honestly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n How well are we doing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n How incredible, ridiculous and beautifully creative we are as human beings?<\/p>\n\n\n\n We come to this planet with a complete Studio for reality creation, which is already integrated in all of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thought creates images. Fear looks real. Oscar suspicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And for most of my life I thought the movie for the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I didn't know that there is a projector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And that I'm the one who projected from the inside out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I didn't know that there is a canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And that I write the script yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I didn't know I live in the feeling of what is going on from Moment to Moment by me and my world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And then this understanding of our equipment, therefore, came and whispered to me something that changed everything:<\/p>\n\n\n\n You're not trapped in the Film.<\/strong> The changed the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not one little bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What I really am this is not a complicated Version of me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Version is, the accumulated thoughts, memories, strategies, anxiety, self-protection, and all the years in which I've tried to be someone who is finally acceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What I'm really, is the creative being in front of all the.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prior to the story. And Yes, I know how it can sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Too good to be true. Believe me, for a Very long time, I had a difficult relationship into words how \"spiritual\"<\/em> and \"Truth\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the Moment in which someone used these words, wanted to leave a part of me still and quiet building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For as often as these words came with rules. But this understanding has imposed on me, no additional restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It has freed me from the constraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unlike many religions, the speaking in the core of the Same, and then collections of cultural concepts and rituals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But what is true for all of us, before human Thinking, and the resulting stories are heavy Luggage?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not to spirituality as an identity, but to the simple realization that something in us is alive before our personal stories begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something Silent. Something that doesn't have to be earned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No one has made it so easy for me to like Syd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sydney Banks was an ordinary man who had an extraordinary insight: He saw something about how human beings work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He saw how good we are made of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And rather than having to spend the Rest of his life, a complicated mountain of concepts which seek to build on this, he showed people always come back home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Back to simplicity. Before the thoughts created by the separation, there is something that we all share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before me \"me against you\", \"success versus failure\", \"good vs. bad\", \"worthy against unworthy\" because of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is to Be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since this intelligence that flows through all of us through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And the Nice thing is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n No one owns you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No one has more of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No one is more spiritual than another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are all made of the same invisible brilliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What do we do with it, can look totally different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But the source is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is something in us that recognizes truth, before the intellect can explain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Michael Neill is called a \"Truth detector\"<\/em>and I love this word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because sometimes you hear something and your mind immediately starts to have a conference about it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Is the scientifically proven that enough?\"<\/em> But on a deeper level including a bit of white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not because it has built up a good Argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But because it has realised the self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is, as you'd hear a single sound, and your whole body suddenly remembered the song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So, understanding this, for me, felt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not as new Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But how to recognize it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a home Affairs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Oh, my God. This is what I've been looking for since my Childhood.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n And, the funny, almost cruel beauty is in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n There were to never find something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There was just something I had to no longer hide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Modern psychology often begins in the middle of the Film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It begins with the already-created experience: And this can be helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But for me, the real Gamechanger, to see the production company behind the Film was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To see how experience arises in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n An insight is not just a better idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It means, to gain a glimpse into the reality of their own creation system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It's like you're in the Studio, where your life was turned, and suddenly find:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Oh. This Monster consisted of light and shadow.\u201c<\/em> And this Studio can create all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The most terrible films that you could ever imagine. The entire bandwidth is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Infinite Bandwidth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But it's not going to replace horror films by happy movies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It's not about positive Thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not a question, to say: \"From now on, I produce only romantic sunsets with inspiring background music.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n It comes to know that a Film is formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is important to recognize that the creative power is full and temporarily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And if it is visible, it is the Illusion more easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sometimes it bursts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Like a soap bubble, which looked like two seconds ago like a whole universe \u2014 and all of a sudden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nothing more, whereas you have to fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Only Air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Room Only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To Live Again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the Illusion bursts, then what remains?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This strange, ordinary miracle, to be alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not the mental construction. What remains is the core of what I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And that has changed for me so much, because I have suffered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I was in mourning. And because I was so hard on myself, I experienced other people as hard, dangerous, critical, and judgmental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I saw a painful world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And the absolutely Mindblowingste it was to see that the painful world that I lived in, was created from the inside to the outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not because life never would have been painful. But because I was finally able to see where my Experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This was no blame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This was freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A prison remains just a prison in your head, as long as you think it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have spent so much time to find the right way of living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The correct method. But perhaps there is no perfect way to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Perhaps there will be only one way: to be easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And if I'm not hypnotized completely of my story am, is love, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Creativity is, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Flow is natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Peace is, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The things I believed, that I would have to reach them by fifty million techniques, were never absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n They were concealed only by too much mental weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This means that techniques are useless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Techniques can be wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meditation can be wonderful. But you are something else entirely, if I understand why they sometimes help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are not in the health, is under my Thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You help maybe just that the noise calms down enough for me to notice what was already there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is a completely different game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Imagine you called're in a gigantic computer game \"Life\"<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are millions of Quests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Improve you. And you're fighting for the Quest you the Quest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sometimes you're moving to five inches forward and celebrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sometimes you fall back and you think that you've lost the whole game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sometimes you hate the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sometimes you don't hate yourself, that you're better at it, to play it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But then one day you erhaschst a look at what the Game Designer has created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can see the architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You see the genius in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You see, this game is designed so brilliant that your Thinking it looks like a reality. Fear looks like reality. Suffering looks like in reality. Your individual world looks like the one that only world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And then you Wake up in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not necessarily out of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the midst of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can still cry. But somewhere something white:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Temporary weather in an endless sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A storm in the consciousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A current design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not the whole truth about what I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And all of a sudden the game is no longer just something you have to survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is an incredible opportunity to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To enjoy the ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And I want to be honest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have not enjoyed my life for a long time most of the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have not enjoyed it, to be myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have not enjoyed it, go out into the world and to create what I wanted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have suffered a lot more than I should have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But that was the way I went.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And this path has brought me here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What is left for now is gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not gratitude as a forced spiritual Exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not gratitude, because I was supposed to be a good Boy and all value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Real Gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The kind of gratitude that shows up, if suddenly you will see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n I'm alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I'm here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I'm not what I was holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And I'm so much better than I imagined it ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We all are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Brilliantly done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So brilliantly made that Suffering can seem real. And yet, he is never the final truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He is a created reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And to see that is no reason to feel because of the past stupid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is the beginning of true freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maybe I was most of the time in my life wrong, how life works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maybe I was with my understanding of how I work, wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maybe I thought I had to myself to someone construct, the lovable, strong, peaceful, and valuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But what I see today, is that the decision, as I live, will be so much easier if it comes from something Deeper than the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From the true essence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From the natural intelligence out among all the noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And the truth can't really put into words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The truth does not perfectly describe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The truth can only be glimpsed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because it is to far. And perhaps my words are too many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maybe I'll try to explain the Inexplicable, with metaphors, movies, Games, soap bubbles, heavens, networks and production companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And while I try to talk about the intelligence behind the universe, is in need of Pico, one of our dogs, probably attention; life plays in the Background, and the whole thing refuses to be a clean spiritual lecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because it is not my words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not a question of my concepts to agree to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not about to make a further idea, which you carry in your backpack around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It's a question of whether you can see in you something True.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something Universal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something that was always alive in you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maybe my whole trip was since my Childhood, in search of my true Self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And the miracle is the best joke of all:<\/p>\n\n\n\n There were to never find something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There was just something I couldn't relax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something that wanted to be exposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something I had no longer Thinking about thinking about Thinking buried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n More Thoughts. And if this mental cover is what separates us from peace, love, harmony, and our natural creativity, then this is not a call to withdraw into a cave and meditate until the end of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not a matter of simply nothing to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It's all about creating from a different location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To speak from a different place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To run from a different location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To love from a different place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To live from the place below the Illusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because we are all equal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are all connected to the same intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are all equipped with this amazing creative force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And we are so beautifully made that it is almost ridiculous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Freaking incredible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maybe you erhaschst from these words, only a single glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A very small view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a Moment, it is a little easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now that you see that a thought is not a prison wall, but the weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a moment, you recognize:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Maybe I'm not the painful story I've worn all the time with me.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n That's enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A single glance, can change a life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because if you've only seen a little bit of that, your world is created, then there is more to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In your relationships. With someone who told me what I have to do, believe, achieve, suppress, or practice must be to finally be okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Something Intelligent.
Something Whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back in the natural Flow.
Back to the essence, under all the noise.

\"This whole world, I have fought against, was animated by Thinking.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The most beautiful experiences you can imagine.
Tragedy. Comedy. Horror film. Love the movie. Documentary. Psychological Thriller. Spiritual art-house Film without an end, no one fully understands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nWhat remains when the bubble bursts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Not the personal Drama.
Not the inside of a courtroom.
Not the Version of me that I repair to constantly improve, defend or, at last, lovable wanted to make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was hard on myself.
I was, quite frankly, like shit to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not because nothing happened.
Not because feelings have no meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nThere is no perfect way to live<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The right condition.
The right Routine.
Proper healing.
The correct Version of myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therapy can be wonderful.
Write thing can be wonderful.
Movement can be wonderful.
Calls can be wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nThe Game Designer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Find Love.
'll successfully.
Heal your Childhood.
Fix your body.
Earn enough money.
Do something meaningful.
Self-conscious will.
'm quiet.
Be less weird.
Spiritual will, but please don't pushy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can still get anxiety.
You can still every now and again in a terrible Level lose.
You can still forget everything you've ever understood, and put you on a Wednesday afternoon, like a complete Idiot behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nI haven't enjoyed the ride for a long time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
So brilliantly made that fear of such a fact can look like.
So brilliantly made that a thought for a while can be a whole universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be alive.
Too beautiful.
Too little narrow by language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
