Die Server befinden sich laut Anbieter in <strong>Europa (Deutschland)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Aufruf der Website werden durch den Hoster automatisch Server-Logfiles erhoben und gespeichert (z.\u202fB. IP\u2011Adresse, Datum\/Uhrzeit der Anfrage, Zeitzonendifferenz, angeforderte URL, HTTP\u2011Statuscode, Referrer\u2011URL, User\u2011Agent).<br><strong>Zwecke:<\/strong> technische Bereitstellung, Stabilit\u00e4t, Sicherheit (z.\u202fB. Missbrauchs- und Betrugspr\u00e4vention).<br><strong>Rechtsgrundlage:<\/strong> Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und funktionsf\u00e4higen Webangebot).<br><strong>Speicherdauer:<\/strong> Logdaten werden grunds\u00e4tzlich <strong>bis zu 14 Tagen<\/strong> gespeichert und danach gel\u00f6scht; l\u00e4ngere Aufbewahrung im Einzelfall, sofern zur Aufkl\u00e4rung von Sicherheitsvorf\u00e4llen erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Empf\u00e4nger:<\/strong> HOSTINGER, UAB handelt als Auftragsverarbeiter gem. Rechtsgrundlage dann regelm\u00e4\u00dfig <strong>Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO<\/strong> (Einwilligung via Banner).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Karten (z.\u202fB. Google Maps, OpenStreetMap):<\/strong> Aktuell <strong>nicht<\/strong> eingebunden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Web\u2011Schriftarten:<\/strong> Wir setzen <strong>lokal gehostete Schriftarten<\/strong> bzw. <strong>Systemschriften<\/strong> ein, sodass beim Abruf <strong>keine Verbindung zu externen Font\u2011Servern<\/strong> (z.\u202fB. Google) erforderlich ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Analytik\/Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zurzeit <strong>keine<\/strong> Webanalyse (keine GA4\/Matomo\/Plausible). Sollte k\u00fcnftig eine Analyse-L\u00f6sung eingesetzt werden, erfolgt dies nur <strong>mit Ihrer Einwilligung<\/strong> (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) oder mit einer <strong>cookie\u2011freien, datenschutzfreundlichen L\u00f6sung<\/strong> auf Grundlage berechtigten Interesses (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), und diese Erkl\u00e4rung wird angepasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Bei zuk\u00fcnftiger Einbindung informieren wir hier\u00fcber und schlie\u00dfen entsprechende Vertr\u00e4ge gem. Art. 28 DSGVO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Pflicht zur Bereitstellung von Daten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bereitstellung personenbezogener Daten ist <strong>weder gesetzlich noch vertraglich vorgeschrieben<\/strong>. F\u00fcr technisch notwendige Daten (z.\u202fB. IP\u2011Adresse beim Seitenaufruf) ist die Verarbeitung jedoch erforderlich, um die Website anzuzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. International Transfers (outside EU\/EEA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be transferred to <strong>third countries<\/strong> (e.g., the USA) if we integrate services provided outside the EEA. Obligation to Provide Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing personal data is <strong>not legally or contractually required<\/strong>. However, processing of technically necessary data (e.g., IP address when visiting the site) is required to display the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
